Woman uses escalator as budget treadmill

A strange security camera video from China of a woman attempting to exercise by walking up a down escalator.
In the clip, which was filmed in Dongguan, Guangdong Province on August 1, the woman can be seen happily stepping away up the escalator.
The strange exercise routine is going well until she loses her balance and gets her hand caught in the mechanism of the mechanical staircase.
Fortunately for her the escalator stopped automatically and she only suffered minor injuries.
