The taqueros, or taco vendors, at Tacos Fitos in Tijuana, Mexico work at lightning speed. The stall is known for its barria tacos made from spicy goat stew, but the taqueros at this stall are really stealing the show. Due to the speed at which they prepare their tacos they’re believed to be the fastest in Mexico. So grab a stopwatch, order a taco and enjoy.
