Double Rainbow Was Pretty Cool, But St. Petersburg's Circular Rainbow Takes the Cake

If you thought the famous double rainbow filmed in Yosemite National Park in 2010 was pretty cool, you would be absolutely flabbergasted at this giant rainbow circle in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Footage provided courtesy of the Lakhta Center shows a breathtaking and totally perplexing circle of colors hovering in front of one the center's skyscrapers, which is currently under construction, filmed by a worker on one of the upper floors.
