The National Weather Service confirmed two tornadoes landed in Western New York on Thursday, July 20. One tornado blew through Hamburg and a second swept through Holland a short time later, according to a news report.The Hamburg tornado carried an EF-2 ranking with winds at 105 miles per hour. The Holland tornado was ranked EF-1 with winds of 95 miles per hour.The storm left behind a trail of damage, including downed trees, felled power lines and ripped-off roofs.The NWS issued severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings in Erie County and into Allegany County about an hour later.This video shows storm damage in the town of Angelica in Allegany County.
