Councillor: Grenfell families not ready to decide on housing

In the days after the Grenfell fire the Prime Minister said residents of the tower would be rehoused within three weeks at the latest. But Chief Executive of the London Borough of Harrow, Michael Lockwood says that so far, only twenty-eight out of one-hundred and sixty-eight offers have been accepted, claiming the reason for this is that many the Grenfell families are not ready to make life changing decisions just yet.
