An amusing video has emerged from the UK of a uniformed police officer moshing to a heavy metal band at a rock festival.
The footage, captured at the Six Fields Rock Festival on July 9, shows the policeman rocking out to a Slipknot cover band.
The officer can be seen striking his police baton on a metal cylinder held up by the band's drummer.
He can also be seen passionately singing along to the chorus of Slipknot's song 'duality'.
Speaking to a local news organisation after the concert, a fellow officer wrote:
“The crowd loved it. It just showed that human side to us, rather than us standing there with our arms crossed. I think it’s nice for them to see that we are there to enjoy it and to look after them.”
