Home Secretary Amber Rudd loses her hat at State Visit Event

At the Horse Guard's Parade welcoming the King and Queen of Spain to the UK on their State Visit, Amber Rudd lost her hat to the wind on her way to the podium. Her Pilgrim-style hat blew off the Home Secretary's head and rolled away, but she was in pursuit of it, and soon put it firmly back on her head where it belonged. Report by Russellcooperr.
