Dhaka cafe reopens on anniversary of deadly ISIL attack
The Gulshan Holey Artisan Bakery – the site of an attack claimed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group in Dhaka - has reopened on the first anniversary of a siege which killed 22 people.
