Chinese city introduces women-only priority carriages during rush hour

Footage has emerged from China of a women-only priority train carriage designed to encourage people to respect women during rush hour in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

The video, filmed on June 26, shows a train pulling into a busy station, with stickers on some of the carriages explaining that the carriages are for women.

Men are allowed on the carriages but they have to give priority to women.
