US: Arms sales to GCC will be withheld until Qatar dispute resolved

The chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee says he will withhold consent for US arms sales to members of the Gulf Cooperation Council - until enough has been done to resolve the dispute between Qatar and its neighbours.
