Tennis: Ostapenko welcomed in Riga after winning French Open

Latvian tennis player Jelena Ostapenko was welcomed by fans as she arrived in Riga on Monday, after stunning third seed Simona Halep 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 to win her maiden Grand Slam title and become the lowest-ranked champion in French Open history.
