Gujarat amends new law for cow slaughter

பசுவதை செய்தால் அதிகபட்சமாக ஆயுள் தண்டனை விதிக்க வகை செய்யும் புதிய விதிகளை குஜராத் அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த புதிய சட்டத்தால் மாட்டிறைச்சி தொடர்பாக சர்ச்சை மேலும் அதிகரித்துள்ளது.

The Gujarat govt issued rules for the Gujarat Animal Preservation (Amendment) Act 2017, which envisages punishment of up to life term and Rs 5 lakh fine for slaughtering cow or its progeny.
