Report: Trump's NATO message 'consistent' with previous presidents

Defense Secretary James Mattis said that President Trump's message on NATO is "consistent" with previous administrations. During Trump's speech at the NATO headquarters in Brussels, the president noted he was "honored" to stand before an alliance that promoted safety and peace. But he also criticized the "23 of the 28 member nations" for not contributing enough for national defense. "This is not fair to the people and taxpayers of the United States," Trump said.
