Alayshia Hunter helped her team come back from two losses the previous week and a seven-day final exam layover to post her fourth 20-point game of the season. She also has 17 points or more in all but one game. Her 11 rebounds were also a season-high. The Warhawks never trailed and outscored Nicholls State 40-24 in the paint for the game.

Her outing also moved her into the Sun Belt lead with 18.3 ppg, as well as a tie for ninth in rebounding. She has blocks in all but two games this year, another category where she tops the Sun Belt (2.0 bpg).

While she has been the most reliable offensive threat for ULM, she's also efficient at decision-making. She's still third in the league with a 58.6 field goal percentage, less than two points off the league lead.
