REV’IT! is constantly looking for ways to blend styles and give customers a bit of high fashion on the bike. The Westport Overshirt is an example of what comes from this type of design philosophy. The Westport occupies a space between the brand’s Tracer denim overshirt and more conventional textile riding jackets.
Its outershell is an 11oz Cordura denim that is quilted at the front and down the arms. Double-layered PWR shield knit fabric is included on the shoulders and elbows to enhance abrasion resistance. There’s even a laminated reflection element down the center of the back for improved visibility and action pleats on the back of the shoulders to enhance comfort and stretch.
Two chest pockets and two hip pockets give the Westport a bit of storage capacity. There’s an inner pocket also. Inside there’s also Seesmart CE-level 1 protection at the shoulders and elbows. Though thin, the Seesmart protectors have been designed to reduce impact energy, adapt to the shape of the body and provide airflow. The Westport also comes with a pocket on the back for a CE-level 2 Seesoft back protector insert.
A jeans loop and connection zipper connect the Westport to a number of pant options.
Men’s sizes range from S to 2XL in solid dark blue.
