Drunk Passenger tied up with seatbelts in Siberia Airlines plane

A passenger on board a flight to Vladivostok, Russia from Hong Kong had to be tied up with seatbelts after a drunken outburst. On a Siberia Airlines flight on Monday, this passenger was found giddy from more than just vertigo.The rowdy passenger possibly woke up with more than just a hangover as his fellow travellers were less then gentle with him.
