Lawyer Janhavi Gadkar granted bail after 58 days in Jail

A sessions court granted bail to advocate Janhavi Gadkar who spent 58 days in jail for her alleged involvement in a drunken driving incident that claimed two lives. On Tuesday the defence had stated that her qualifications should not be held against her while deciding her bail plea. The defence and prosecution made extensive arguments before judge Sanjay V Patil who will pass the order on the application on Wednesday.
