Oregon campus shooting : 13 killed, 20 injured in an open fire

A gunman opened fire on Thursday at Umpqua community college in Oregon, killing 13 people and wounding some 20 others before he was shot to death by police. This was the 45th incident of shooting to rock a US school this year. Law enforcement sources later identified the gunman as 26-year-old Chris Harper Mercer. Mercer had body armor with him.
