On Friday, November 15, 2013, one of Chicago and the nation's most-heralded High School basketball players Cliff Alexander (Curie High School) held a press conference after school to announce his college choice.
The event was covered by countless media outlets, including live on ESPNU.
Since his freshman year, Cliff Alexander has risen from out of nowhere to become one of the top players (and recruits) in the nation.
His final 4 schools were Kansas, Illinois, DePaul amd Memphis and Cliff kept everyone in suspense until the final moment.
