WATCH: Wilbur Ross explains the trade dispute with Canada and why they levied new taxes

Wilbur Ross took to the White House podium today to address the new tariffs imposed on Canadian lumber and dairy products.

Ross basically explains in more detail how and why the Canadian government is subsidizing the logging industry and how that allows sellers to cut the price by a lot once it hits the border.
