Kanpur headmaster gets chair purified after Dalit sits on it

The headmaster of a primary school in Kanpur Dehat district allegedly got a chair 'purified' with water which was earlier used by a woman Dalit pradhan. The Dalit pradhan, Pappi Devi, filed a complaint against the headmaster with the district administration. She reportedly says in her complaint that the headmaster humiliated her and then asked the Class IV students to 'purify the chair' with water on which she sat.
