Tamil Nadu farmer beaten up for loan recovery, video goes viral

On one side we have Vijay Mallya who was allowed to flee away from the country inspite of owing almost 9000 crore to 17 banks, and on another side we have this poor farmer in Tamil Nadu was beaten by the police badly because he owed 1.3 lakh to a bank he took for a tractor. A witness filmed the violence in the Thanjavur district on Friday.
