MI6 chief warns Russian-style 'hybrid warfare' poses threat to UK and Western allies

MI6 chief Alex Younger said, in a rare public speech on 8 December, that cyber attacks, propaganda, and subversion by hostile foreign states all pose a "fundamental threat" to the UK.
