Alternative rock band ABOVE SECLUSION, CAMERON BOYER (Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Songwriter), JUSTIN DENINGER (Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Song Writer), CAMERON OLSEN (Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Song Writer), BRENNEN BATES (Vocals, Bass Guitar) and the newest member, COLE CARSON (Drums), interview at "Rock Star Wars" Concert Show Red Carpet Arrivals at Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles, Ca USA May 4, 2014 - Interview by Ashley Harrington
ABOVE SECLUSION is a Southern California based "alternative rock" band that features 15 and 16 year old former performing arts singers and musicians who specialize in writing and recording their own music that is currently available for sale on iTunes, Amazon and Google Play among others. The band frequently performs at such world class venues in Hollywood, California such as the "Roxy", "Avalon Theater", "Whisky A Go Go", "House of Blues", "Troubadour", and has also made a guest appearance on an ABC-TV Prime time TV show. Above Seclusion will join Ryan Beatty's U.S. Tour November 29 and 30 in Los Angeles and Phoenix.
The band members attend different schools in the South Bay area of Los Angeles that include Mira Costa High, South High, Bishop Montgomery, Peninsula High and Musicians Institute in Hollywood. The members include CAMERON BOYER (Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Songwriter), JUSTIN DENINGER (Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Song Writer), CAMERON OLSEN (Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Song Writer), BRENNEN BATES (Vocals, Bass Guitar) and the newest member, COLE CARSON (Drums).
One of the characteristics of this band is that three of the members (Cameron, Justin, and Brennen) are experienced actors, singers and dancers in live musical theater shows appearing in over 40 productions including Anything Goes, Footloose, Bye Bye Birdie, Aladdin, Grease, "13"-The Musical, The Drowsey Chaperone, Into the Woods, Oliver, Oklahoma, Beauty and the Beast, Annie, Once On This Island, School House Rock, High School Musical, The Wiz, and many others. In addition, these boys have played the "leading man" or "featured" roles in well over half these shows and often appear together in shows. Cameron Boyer is also a professional TV & Film actor and has appeared in three TV shows.
Above Seclusion will be releasing two new albums in the Spring of 2014. The first will be a compilation of single releases and new material. The second will be an EP of four new songs that have been written in a collaboration effort by the four song writing members and producer Simon Katz of Youngblood Hawke fame ("We Come Running"). Simon is also a member, song writer and producer of Youngblood Hawke under the label "Universal Republic" records. The band also recently wrote two versions of a new song called "Fly Away" to be included in the feature length motion picture to be released later in early 2014 "Mary Loss of Soul". These two versions of "Fly Away" will soon be available on iTunes and Amazon.
