Caretaker burns children's hands with hot spoon, Watch video

This shocking video has surfaced showing the cruelty of caretaker towards small kids. This is a child care centre located in the Karimnagar district of Telangana. The video shows a caretaker burning hands of children with hot spoon at a 'Shishu Greh' run by Telangana government. Children were having meals while one of the two caretakers used the hot spoon to possibly punish them.
