MGNREGS labourers from Jharkhand voiced their protest against the hike by sending envelopes, each containing Rs. 5 note to the PMO. Shouting slogans like 'panch rupaiye mein kaise ayenge achhe din', the workers took out a rally under the banner of Grameen Swaraj Mazdoor Sangh.
