Elon Musk is working on 'telepathy' device for people with brain injuries

Elon Musk is working on a way to connect the human brain with computers in the next four years. Musk’s latest company, Neuralink, is creating micron-sized devices that will help people with severe brain injuries and disabilities. The entrepreneur stated that the device will work like ‘telepathy,’ with brain interfaces sending pictures to one another to communicate. "There are a bunch of concepts in your head that then your brain has to try to compress into this incredibly low data rate called speech or typing. If you have two brain interfaces, you could actually do an uncompressed direct conceptual communication with another person."
