Australia scraps skilled visa programme, Indians to be affected most| वनइंडिया हिंदी

Australia will abolish a popular work visa used by over 95,000 foreign workers, a majority of them Indians, to tackle the growing unemployment in the country and replace it with a new programme requiring higher English-language proficiency and job skills.
एक सप्ताह पूर्व भारत दौरे पर आए ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधानमंत्री मैल्कम टर्नबुल ने अपने वतन वापस लौटते ही भारत को बड़ा झटका देते हुए उस वीजा प्रोग्राम को रद्द कर दिया जिसका इस्तेमाल 95 हजार से ज्यादा विदेशी कर्मचारी कर रहे हैं और इनमें से अधिकांश भारतीय हैं।
