Vidya Balan has been diagnosed with dengue on Friday and has since been put under observation at home. Two of her neighbors, including actor Shahid Kapoor, were served notices by the BMC on Friday, for failing to prevent breeding of aedes aegypti mosquito inside their swanky apartments on Juhu Tara road.
