Aerial View Shows Tesla's Gigafactory In Sparks, Nevada, Said Capable of Lighting 15K Homes

Tesla is building a new mega-factory in Nevada that won’t be complete for several years. The ‘Gigafactory’ seen in this aerial video is a small fraction of its eventual size. This aerial footage from November 2016 shows construction progress.The state of Nevada worked with Tesla, known for its electric cars, to extend nearby rail lines to the Gigafactory, allowing Tesla to deliver batteries factory to factory via train from Sparks, Nevada, to Fremont, California.
