Characteristics (neck, wingspan, large eyes, and head movement) are in agreement with those expected of pterosaurs. Of course this is necessary, yet NOT sufficient, as "PRESENCE OF WING MEMBRANE" has not been achieved. Therefore other large bird types may be actually observed in this video...at least pursuant to removal of the presence of feathers option.
Having said this...the preliminary pterosaur characteristics confirmation stands. More work (image processing) of the CRYPTIC MEDIA video is in progress.
