Chicago police arrest 14-year-old boy in Facebook Live rape

Chicago police charged a 14-year-old boy in an alleged gang rape of a 15-year-old girl that was streamed on Facebook Live last month. Police said the sexual assault involved five or six males and was watched by 40 people, who didn't report the incident to the authorities. The suspects face felony charges of criminal sexual assault, manufacturing of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography. The police were not notified of the attack or the video until the victim's mother approached the authorities and showed them the video.
