Uber to end services in Denmark after new taxi law

Uber is halting its services in Demark next month after the government passed a taxi law, enforcing new mandatory requirements. The ride-hailing service, which currently has about 2,000 drivers and 300,000 riders on the app in the country, will leave Denmark on April 18. the company statement read. The taxi law enforces new measures such as fare meters and seat sensors.
