Is the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 making a comeback?

Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Note 7 will return to stores after an explosive first release. The company will replace the faulty batteries with new ones, and sell the premium handset for a more affordable price. However the phone won't make it way back to the United States or Canada. Samsung recalled the high-end smartphone last year after it hundreds of devices caught fire around the world, after faulty batteries were overheating.
