Once Documents are ready and Address is available, we proceed with documents filing with Incorporation Agency. You receive Incorporation certificate in seven to fifteen days.

Once Incorporation is complete, we apply for Employer Identification Number. It usually takes seven to fifteen days.

After EIN is received from IRS, we proceed with recommendation to Banks for opening your Account.

Bank verifies Business Model, Credibility and Incorporation Documents and pend bank account.
