Bunch of balloons stuck on power lines causes huge spark

A dramatic video has emerged from China of firefighters clearing a bunch of balloons stuck on high-voltage lines.
The footage, filmed in Anyang, Henan Province on February 1, shows firefighters standing on the top of a fire engine pushing the bunch of balloons with a stick when it sparks an electric shock.
Fortunately, no one was reportedly injured.
