'Margaritaville' now a retirement home

Jimmy Buffet is expanding his ‘Margaritaville’ franchise to retirement homes. Latitude Margaritaville will open its community homes early 2018 in Daytona Beach, Florida for residents 55 and older. The $1 billion project will include 7,000 homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms starting at $200. The community will feature walkable neighborhoods, a fitness center, and a Margaritaville restaurant. Buffet said more locations are coming soon.
