Justice Ginsburg skips out on Trump’s first speech to Congress

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg opted to skip on President Donald Trump's first Congressional address on Tuesday. Ginsburg, who referred to Trump as "faker" during his campaign, attended all eight of Barack Obama's speeches. Following her comment, Trump called on Ginsburg to resign only two days later via Twitter. Justices Anthony Kennedy, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan all attended the address. The long-time liberal, who was appointed by former President Bill Clinton in 1993, also skipped out on President George W. Bush's speeches.
