At least 3 people dead in California plane crash

At least three people have died after a plane carrying five people plunged into two homes Monday in Riverside, California. The plane was on its way toward San Jose, after the passengers spent the weekend at a cheerleading competition at Disneyland. The plane crashed around 4:45 p.m about a half-mile northeast of the Riverside Municipal Airport a few minutes after take-off. Two homes were set ablaze as a result of the crash. The cause of the crash is not yet known. The injured victims are adults in their 30s and 40s, and are listed in critical condition.
