Back in October 2016 in a Q&A video chat with fans, 52-year-old talk show host Wendy Williams revealed that she had lost over 50 pounds during the past three years. This week, in a new interview with E! News, Williams explains how she has kept the weight off, saying, "I've learned to be extremely healthy regarding morning eating. I was doing it all wrong before." Williams goes on to say that she also now follows a pescatarian diet and quit red meat and poultry nearly two years ago, adding, "I don't miss it, but sometimes I miss the texture."
