I have used Format All+ Download option due to PMT (Partition Management Table) difference. And this method format all memory including NV. If we format NV partition then imei will be lost. So you must repair Huawei Y511-u30 imei after complete flashing.

If you have factory firmware that match with previous firmware then you can use Download only option. With with method IMEI will be safe. No need to repair after flashing phone.
