FAISALABAD: Five people including two children were injured when a house roof collapsed in Faisalabad on Wednesday, ARY News reported.
The roof of the dilapidated house, located at Jameel Park of Faisalabad, collapsed due to which five people — who were asleep in the house — were trapped under the rubble.
The rescue teams and the neighbours retrieved the wounded persons from the debris and shifted them to a hospital for medical attendance.
Hospital administration has said that the injured persons being provided the best medical assistance.
It is pertinent to mention here that in another incident of roof collapse yesterday, in Multan’s Sharifpura locality a girl was died whereas other members of the family had sustained injuries.
