Syrian SLAUGHTERHOUSE - or the Clinton Zombie PROPAGANDA Machine in 2017?

Amnesty International regularly releases 'evidence' of atrocities, just in time to queer peace negotiations - that is, when criminal US interests favor continuing the war. Just in time, they re-release "evidence" of Assad / SAA "war crimes", just as peace is being worked out in Syria. Coincidence? Or is the corporate media collaborating with yet another fraud NGO, as propaaganda whores?
One would have to wonder from the beginning - why would a massively popular democratically elected government, which regularly grants amnesty to 'rebels', also engage in "mass executions"?
Philip Luther is the co-author of the report in question, interviewed here. His responses were so bizarre, we thought it best to find out who he really is, and who he really works for. The answer, shocked even us.
