Nanning Railway Station

There are two train stations in Nanning. This one is the more modern one, called Nanning east. Most high-speed trains are at this station.
The station is quiThis video can help you if you are planning on taking a train from the Nanning railway station. At the time of our visit, there was a major construction project taking place right in front of the station. It does not change anything about getting around the station but it impacts the access to the station.
This station has a lot of stairs and the escalators inside the station were not working. Porters, aka, "red caps" are available to help you carry your luggage.
The video will also show you the location of the counter where they speak English. This is the counter where you buy the train tickets to Hanoi.
We can also book the Nanning to Hanoi (or Hanoi to Nanning) tickets for you ahead of time. Just visit our website www.china-diy-travel.comte large but similar to most large recently-built stations. It is connected to the subway. From this station, there is also a shuttle bus to the airport.
The trains from Nanning to Hanoi depart from the other station. We found that the best way to transfer between the two stations is to take a train. At the time of our visit, the subway was not connecting the two stations yet.
