Final preparations take place ahead of inauguration

With more than 700,000 people expected to attend Friday's inauguration, some 28,000 security personnel will be deployed to manage the events. As DC finishes its final preparations, many people who have arrived for the ceremony say they are confident law enforcement will keep them safe.
