How to beat a New Year's Eve hangover like a pro

Eat eggs first thing in the morning: Eggs contain taurine, which has been shown to reverse liver damage caused by a night of heavy boozing. Hydrate at a higher level. Besides water, drinking a can of Sprite is also a good idea. Take a long nap: Sleep is hands down the best cure for a hangover. Take some painkillers: Aspirin can be helpful before sleep and upon rising with plenty of water, but only in moderation. Exercise: A little exercise never hurt anyone—and it may even release some endorphins to boost that post-hangover mood.
