Man Skates on Frozen Toronto Street

Freezing rain and icy conditions swept across the Greater Toronto Area on December 26, turning roads into make-shift skating rinks.While the weather created treacherous driving conditions, some residents took advantage of the icy roads and headed out with their skates.
