Kareena Kapoor: 'I'll continue doing item songs'

Censor Board has now declared that they will examine all item songs individually and will accordingly accord them with U, U/A or A certificates. This decision comes close on the heels of many people calling item songs obscene and hence being responsible for increasing crime against women in India.
However actress Kareena Kapoor, who has given many hit item numbers like 'Fevicol', 'It's Rocking' and 'Halkat Jawani', seems to be unaffected by the decision and she recently stated that she'll continue dancing on item numbers. "I love doing item songs and I enjoy it... so I'll continue dancing. Songs and dance are very important part of Hindi cinema," said Bebo, at FICCI Frames inaugural ceremony.
Kapoor is presently busy with Prakash Jha's 'Satyagraha' and Karan Johar's 'Gori Tere Pyar Mein'.
