Alia Bhatt: 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania's selfie poster was my idea'

The makers of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania recently released a new poster of their film and it has been generating a lot of buzz as it is Bollywood's first selfie poster. Interestingly, it was the film's leading lady Alia Bhatt's suggestion and she has also christened the poster Humphie. At the trailer launch of the film, when team HSKD was asked to comment on the selfie poster, Alia quipped, ''It was my idea. We were shooting and were thinking of doing something and I love taking selfies so, I suggested that we should take a selfie poster and just like that I said let's call it the Humphie and Varun was like shut up but eventually everybody liked it and I'm so proud that Humphie is my idea.'' Alia will be seen romancing her Student Of The Year co-star Varun Dhawan in the film, which will mark the directorial debut of Shashank Khaitan.
