Delay In Bombay Velvet's Release Has Not Affected Anushka Sharma

Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet, which was earlier supposed to release in December has got postponed and will now hit the theaters in May 2015, however the leading lady of the film Anushka Sharma says that she's not upset with the delay as the makers have taken this decision in the best interest of the film.

At a recent event, when she was asked if the delay in the release of the film has affected her, she said, ''Not really. It's happening for the best. I have one film coming in December (PK) and NH10 will be releasing within two months of that but yes Bombay Velvet is going to come out a little later and as actors, we shoot for the film and we are done with our work. After that there is post-production and that is something on which the filmmakers take a call and they decide which would be the best date to release the film.''
